  1. Go to Appearance > Widgets and add widgets to the Top Bar widget locations.
  2. The top bar will automatically appear when you have a widget inside one of the top bar widget locations unless you disable it via  Appearance > Customize > Styling Options > Top Bar
  3. Use only Custom Menu, Text and Social Media Icons widgets inside the top bar and leave blank their title’s.
  4. Customize colors via Appearance > Customize > Styling Options > Top Bar
